What is your cancellation policy?
I really value our time together. If you are running late, please email us and I will do my best to hold your session. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so 48 hours in advance. For missed appointments:
Packages: your session will be deducted from your package.
Single sessions: a $50 missed appointment fee will be assessed.
What is your payment policy?
Payment is due before your first consultation. We accept check, money order, traveler’s check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Labs are invoiced after your initial consultation and nutrient orders after your protocol is completed.
We don’t take insurance at this time.
How much does lab testing cost?
Initial labs run approximately $400 to 500. I may want to order additional labs after your consultation should you have other issues such as gut inflammation.
After your initial consultation, I will determine the labs you need. You will then be invoiced via email for your order. After payment is received, our lab will email your requisition forms within 3 business days for your blood draw. Urine, Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis, and other kits are mailed via USPS. Full instructions are included. Please refrain from supplements two days prior and chose a morning appointment with the lab in a fasted state.
A special note for clients in NY and NJ: our lab cannot physically ship test kits or process lab orders in these states due to legislative laws. However, test kits may be sent to a surrounding state address. Kits must also be sent back from the surrounding state. Blood draws must also be performed in a surrounding state. Blood labs may be ordered by your personal doctor if they are agreeable to do so.
How do I book my consultation?
After purchase, you will receive a welcome email with a link to my online booking system. I usually book a month out. If you have a package, you will book your sessions in advance to ensure you get on my calendar. Rest assured, my staff will work with you to ensure you get on my calendar.
Do you offer email support?
Email support is included with packages. If you have purchased a new client consultation and later decide you require email support, we can deduct the cost and time from a package of your choice.
